Tiger's Head

Tiger's Head

A topping-out ceremony was held recently at this site on Bromley Road, Catford. It was attended by Councillor Susan Wise, Genevieve Macklin (Head of Housing) and Louise Spires (Strategy, Policy & Development Manager), from the London Borough of Lewisham.

The project, for which we are providing Employer's Agent, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator services to AmicusHorizon Group, involves the redevelopment of a brownfield site to provide 36 accommodation units of mixed tenure.

Constructing Excellence Awards

Constructing Excellence Awards

We have followed up our success at the Constructing Excellence London and South East Awards earlier this year - where Relish (Residents 4 Low-Impact Sustainable Housing) received two significant honours - by winning the Legacy: Sustainability Award at the Constructing Excellence National Awards 2012. The ground-breaking initiative, run collectively by Faithorn Farrell Timms, Worthing Homes and Rydon, has now received a total of seven awards over the last two years.

Intelligent Data Cloning

Broxbourne Housing Association logo

We have conducted a detailed intelligent data cloning exercise for Broxbourne Housing Association to build upon the condition and energy data we have previously collected for 67% of their stock. The process was complimented by records for recently replaced components, which were inserted afterwards. We also cross-referenced all central heating boiler data via the SEDBUK database to increase the accuracy of the SAP ratings.

Our client now has a fully populated asset management database to assist their future works programming and budgetary projections.
